Chapter 1 : The Weird Planet Named Earth
It was a dreary night. Dark, wet, clouds hang angrily above the city, threatening to cast its contents upon the puny denizens down below.
So much for a sweet sixteen birthday. I mean, how happy can you be when the sky's threatening liquid dihydrogen oxide on your birthday well-wishers?
Furthermore, the physics teacher gave a ton of homework for me to do. Great. So what?
I looked out of the window once more... yes, it was a dark night. The clouds are still hanging on a silken rope. Wait. What clouds?
There were no more dark clouds in the sky. Just as I was ranting in the blog. Sheesh. Weird weather.
The sky was now clear. Millions of stars were visible. I begin to wonder, what if the planet was indeed, flat, not a sphere. Would we still see the stars as we would?
Would we fly off the edge of the planet.
